Ling Cod is a favorite fish for its dense, medium firm texture and large flakes. Ling Cod is incredibly mild and easy to cook on the grill, in the oven or stove top- it is a classic fish and chip fish and also perfect for recipes with strong sauces. Meat may have a blue-green shimmer, this is normal and disappears into a beautiful white fillet when cooked.
